Support and develop the technical services in Mining sector within the CAS Region (9 Countries) This role requires a high level of experience in Lubricants Technical business with deep understanding of Mining sector specialty. Coordinates all activity involved with technical support and field services needs.
Extensive number of customer visits, evaluating customer needs and their further communication within Shell service Portfolio. Evaluating new services sales opportunities among customer base incl. service pipeline support. Supporting on profitable growth and retention CAS strategies.
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of industry development, competitors and commercial influences.
Work directly with site account managers and/or distributors. Continuous face-to-face contact with customers is required.
Responsible for submitting weekly activity plans, achieving monthly customer visit targets, creating call reports, creating & managing opportunities. These activities are key performance indicators and are created & tracked in SalesForce..

Keeps DAMs well informed about current projects status and necessary actions to support business
development across CAS
Defines, communicates and enforces Shell standards in technical projects in CAS
Manages multiple technical MD’s teams within budget and project schedule.
Assists in sales efforts from a technical perspective.

Possesses significant knowledge in Mining sector
Be able to support business as a Lub Couch and Lub Expert across CAS
Possesses significant knowledge of clients and Internet technical architectures and
accurately suggests the use of the appropriate services.
