Description :
The Demolition Program Lead will report to the Turnaround Manager.
Responsibilities may include :
Attend daily safety meeting
Act as leadership for contractors assigned to work scope
Maintenance of the Demolition Project List
Budgeting, estimating, and forecasting of all demolition projects
Identification of safety and environmental risks, and mitigation of the same
Identification of needs for coordination of engineering and MOC’s required for work scope
Vendor time, invoice auditing, and approval
Document and notification research in SAP
Requisitioning of required services and materials for work scope
Liaison between Contractors and Operations, HSE, Logistics, (the rest of the plant)
Champion and lead the daily huddle for the turnaround and demolition team
Production of long-range milestone and phase pull schedules for demolition cycles
Coordination / Leadership of pre-turnaround contractor field activities
Turnover documentation review and verification
P6 / IPS schedule updating
Leading large meetings of 25+ people
Establishment of cash flow based forecasts
Reading and interpreting P&ID’s and Piping isometric drawings
Turnaround unit planning and coordination
Required Qualifications :
Legally authorized to work in the job posting country.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Possess valid driver’s license.
10 or more years of experience working in the refining industry.
5 or more years of experience in a supervisor or management role.
5 or more years of experience in turnaround planning and/or coordination.
Must be willing and able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to comply with the following:
Work 12-hr rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays.
Work outside 12 months a year in extreme temperatures.
Climb ladders up to 200 feet in height
Able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds
Work safely near large, hot, high-speed machines
Work around chemicals, including acids and bases.
Work around hydrocarbons under high pressure and heat.
Work outside in harsh weather conditions.
Wear fire retardant clothing and personal protective equipment (such as steel-toe shoes, ear, and eye protection)
Maintain face daily so that a respirator / face mask can seal properly (Some examples include being free of facial hair and / or clean shaven)
Proficient in SAP, P6, Toadfly IPS, and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications :
The Ferndale Refinery is located on Puget Sound in Ferndale, Washington, approximately 20 miles south of the U.S.-Canada border. Facilities include crude distillation, naphtha reforming, fluid catalytic cracking, alkylation and hydrodesulfurization units. It processes a variety crude oils, including Alaskan North Slope, Canadian and other foreign and U.S. shale crudes, primarily delivered via marine vessel and pipeline. Within the refinery is a rail car crude oil receiving facility with a capacity of 30,000 BPD. This offloading facility, owned by Phillips 66 Partners, makes the receipt of additional crude by rail car possible. The refinery produces a high percentage of transportation fuels. Other products include residual fuel oil, which is supplied to the northwest marine bunker fuel market. Most refined products are distributed to customers by pipeline and barge to major markets in the northwestern United States.

Compensation
The base pay range for this role is $137,750.00 - $152,250.00 depending on a candidate's relevant work experience and education.
