What you will do
•Effectively complete Console Structured Rounds to monitor and optimize unit operations
•Recognize abnormal and non-routine conditions and take appropriate corrective actions
•Initiate appropriate follow-up activities for all exceptions
•Effectively communicate cross functionally to advise or warn of changing conditions
•Maintain awareness of what the process technicians are doing in the field in order to avoid problems
•Know the status of all equipment and understand the impact on the unit
•Document all changes, exceptions, and follow-up activities for shift handover
•Understand unit’s limitation versus established run plan and act to eliminate constraints
•Know and understand the logic behind Operating Envelopes. Understand the Consequence of Deviation. Know how to recover and take timely, appropriate corrective actions to get back inside OEs

•Recognize and respond appropriately to all alarms
•Own alarm performance and ensure making alarms function correctly
•Maintain effective communication with I/E/A regarding status of instrumentation and analyzers
•Rationalize all standing, disabled, or inhibited alarms each shift
•Communicate the status of standing, disabled, or inhibited alarms at shift handover
•Follow all procedures and guidelines
•Actively participate in Process Technician development
•College or above in chemical engineering / process or related major.
•At least 5 years of operating experience in PP, including experience of at least 2 years in the same position.
•Experience in Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Start-up in relevant units is an advantage.
•Fast learning, good communication, initiative and team player.
•Hard Working. Adaptable to shift work.
•Basic English Knowledge
